New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and New York follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. WOW! The hype is real with this spot. The kind was long, but moved quick. We waited about 15/20 minutes and the pizza came out hot and so fresh! The burrata slice was unbelievably good. As someone who is super picky about burrata, it was honestly the best I’ve ever had. I am still dreaming about this slice days later. As a Jersey girl with delicious pizza surrounding me, I have to say L’industrie was the BEST pizza I’ve had in my entire life. (I eat a lot of pizza about 2-3x a week.) The sauce is the perfect balance of sweet and the crust was crispy! NO FLOP! We also got the Margarita slice and the white slice. Both were delicious, but the burrata stole the show. The atmosphere was upbeat and the staff were super kind. One thing to note is they do charge $1 if you get your slices to go and ask for a box over a bag. Not an issue, but it wasn’t mentioned or marked anywhere. We saw the charge after being asked if we wanted a box and it being on our receipt. Either way, this spot is definitely worth the visit and wait!

This pizza was delicious! It was cooked great, the crust was strong enough to hold the pizza together, nice and crispy. The Fig Jam and Bacon was hands down my favorite, sweet and savory. The line was long when we got there but it went by fast. Service was great. They originally missed one of our slices, but quickly got it out to us. Super tasty I will go back again.

L’Industrie Pizzeria in the West Village absolutely deserves 5 stars. The hype is real! The line was long, but it moved quickly and was well worth the wait. We tried the Burrata slice, and it was incredible—crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and amazing flavor in every bite. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the pizza is cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is lively, the staff is efficient, and even with the crowd, the service was excellent. Don’t skip the desserts either—the bomboloni were delicious. If you’re in Manhattan and looking for some of the best pizza in NYC, L’Industrie is a must-visit. Highly recommended and definitely worth coming back for!

Some places become popular because of hype. L'Industrie Pizza becomes popular because it actually delivers. From the first bite, you can tell why people are willing to wait in line. The crust is outstandin light, crisp, airy, and packed with flavor on its own. The sauce tastes fresh and balanced, the cheese is rich without overwhelming the pizza, and every ingredient feels thoughtfully chosen rather than simply piled on. What impressed me most is how effortless it all feels. Nothing is trying too hard. There are no gimmicks, no unnecessary flourishes just exceptional pizza made with incredible attention to detail. I've had pizza in many places, and L'Industrie is one of those rare spots where the reputation is fully deserved. Every component works in perfect harmony, creating a slice that's somehow both simple and unforgettable. If you're in New York and love pizza, this isn't just a recommendation it's a mandatory stop.

5 stars for 5 reasons I wish I could do 4.5/5 but 5 it is! 1. Spicy salami so good! The crust was perfectly done! The dough is perfect! Right amount of sauce, and basil tops it off! Salami itself was good. 2. If you’re getting 6 individual slices it’s better just to get a whole pie! Price for whole pie is 37 dollars! Good price. 8 slices in a pie of pizza. 3. The line was long but it moved quite fast. 4. The olive oil cake perfect texture and fluff. 5. Simple menu and not overwhelming If I could deduct half I would say the pizza didn’t have enough cheese!
